Progressive overload is the name of the game to see results and that’s what we’ll be doing.
Current Cycle: Jan 6th - March 31st
There is also an optional 10-12 min abs circuit 3 days/week if you wanna go the extra mile!
These days can be rearranged in the app (by you) to fit your schedule best.
Each exercise has a demo video of me performing the movement with a written description so you don’t feel lost in the gym! PLUS 1:1 messaging to me if you need to send form videos my way or have any questions!
